Consideration was given to a request for an extension to the existing industrial ground lease of premises at Vale Rise, Tonbridge.
Following consideration by the Finance, Innovation and Property Advisory Board, the Cabinet Member for Finance, Innovation and Property resolved that:
A lease extension be offered on the terms outlined in the report with expiry dates as corrected at the meeting.
Reasons: As set out in the report submitted to the Finance, Innovation and Property Advisory Board of 2 October 2013 (contains exempt information).
